About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced SEO and Online Marketing Analyst. This is a vital role that will work with both Web Analytics and Search Engine Optimization functions within our global e-Business organization. You will help analyze the data available to determine the appropriate next steps for providing the most relevant information to stakeholders for business decisions.

Job Description:

The SEO Marketing Analyst wil quickly identify, understand, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of company campaigns, specific to online and social media efforts.

Areas of Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive analytics reports regarding all online and digital initiatives. Delivering insights instead of just delivering reports
Supports SEO and SEM. Not just identify areas of opportunity, but also implement SEO & SEM strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content and marketing plans
Set up and run A/B testing, specifically for online advertising, PPC, and email marketing
Monitor industry trends in online, digital, and social media initiatives
Work closely to support the company online and digital strategies. Be a strategic thinker and detail oriented
Work closely with team members to meet departmental and company goals. Coordinates efforts to support and improve all digital initiatives to make them more effective
Provide clear communication to team and management on project development, timelines, results and actions

Desired Qualifications and Experience

3+ years experience in SEO and Online Marketing Analysis
BS/BA degree preferred
Must be proficient with website analysis/analytics tools specifically using Adobe Omniture (including Site Catalyst, Search Center, Social Analytics, etc)
Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (i.e. Adobe Social Analytics, Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search)
Experience developing and monitoring online marketing campaigns, including PPC
Resourceful, delivering creative and custom reports, not just rely on out-of-the-box reporting
Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments (WordPress preferred)
A basic design background is an extreme plus. Must be able to handle image manipulation and have a good knowledge of digital file formats, and have experience working with designers
Experience with project management, including managing cost, schedule, and performance of component projects
Understand social media tools to provide insights on how to leverage our growing social media landscape
Must be a strategic thinker. Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
Must be tech savvy, and have the ability to learn and integrate new technologies
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, PC, and Mac
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some national and international travel required
Be willing to work in a flexible environment
