A1 is placement and career-enhancing organization with more than a decade of interaction with leading corporate houses and individuals. Its well established network of organizations and candidates is a boon to both. Companies need people, and people need companies. It is in finding the right ‘fit’ that we specialize. Our selective interview process facilitates in-depth analysis of each individual, making the process of matching the right people with the required profile/skill-set but, it also helps us map appropriate people with the organization.
